Intro to Juggling

Juggle your way to a sharper mind

Description

Juggling isn’t just a cool party trick—it’s a brain workout. Science shows that the brain develops through the hands, and juggling strengthens coordination, focus, and problem-solving skills like nothing else. In this class, students will start with the basics, build their skills at their own pace, and experience firsthand how movement wires the brain for growth. Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to level up, come see what your hands—and your brain—are capable of! INSTRUCTOR Louis De Lauro has taught for 34 years in NJ and PA. In 1998, he won the Governor's Teaching Award for his service at John P. Faber School in Dunellen, NJ. He also won an Outstanding Educator's Award from TCNJ in 2006. During his tenure in Dunellen, Louis has coached 4 chess teams to state championships. Louis has volunteered at camps that serve children with cancer for over 30 years, teaching juggling and chess.
